Will my due date change?

Yes – We will be 1st of the month billing. In August, we will prorate one month’s rent for the remaining days you have due during the month. Then, going forward, rent will be due on the 1st of each month.

Will my monthly rent amount stay the same?

Yes - Your monthly payment will not change at this time; however, many Campers are paying well below the market rate. For our Team to implement the planned improvements for your benefit, rents will be adjusted in the next couple of months.

Will the office number change?

Will my autopay still run every month?

No - You are urged to contact the office to fill out a new form to set up your automatic payments.

Will I need to sign a new Camper Registration Agreement?

Yes - The Landing at MovieTown has updated the Camper Registration Agreement. We ask that you come by the office at your earliest convenience to read and sign your Camper Registration Agreement.

Will the park change?

Yes! Our team is working hard to catch up on deferred maintenance throughout the Park. This includes the office, landscaping, drainage, driveways, utilities, dumpster enclosure, cleanliness, and operations.

What are our long-term plans for the Park?

We would love your feedback! We are planning an expansion on the 20-acres to the east of the main Park. Additionally, we are looking for ways to enhance the existing park and amenities.
