Vehicles and Parking

RV Condition: All RV’s must be 10 years of age or newer and approved by management prior to making reservations. Special exceptions can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please Email photos and RV make, model and age in advance to manager@LMTRV.com for advance approval. All RV’s must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and in running order.

Parking: Vehicle parking is limited to two vehicles, and all must be parked on the gravel pad area only. Parking vehicles in the grass area or road is not permitted and subject to a $50 fine. All vehicles must have a current tag and driven on a regular basis.

Storage and Maintenance: On-site storage of boats, trailers or other vehicles is available at the open parking area for an additional monthly fee. No vehicle repairs or maintenance are allowed on property. Washing of vehicles on LMTRV property is not permitted.

Upkeep of Camper and Pad: Guests shall maintain clean and neat premises such that the Pad Area is not detrimental to the operation of the Park for health, safety, landscaping or aesthetic reasons. Repeating violations will result in a $50 fine. No decks, screened rooms, storage sheds, carports, gardens, RV window units or additional exterior improvements may be placed in the Pad Area without written approval from LMTRV. Only customary outdoor patio or lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside. Tools, toys, and other such items must be stored inside RV or in approved storage shed or container. Exterior improvements which do not fall within the pad area are explicitly prohibited.

Subletting: Guest shall not rent the RV pad without written consent of Management. If sublet is approved, the new guest must fill out Registration form at Management office.

Other Vehicles: No 4-wheelers or dirt bikes are permitted to be ridden on the property. Motorcycles, side-by-sides and golf carts must be approved and registered with Management. Work equipment, trailers and boats are permitted in one of the Guest two parking spaces. All parked vehicles must be on the gravel pad. Unsightly parked vehicles will not be allowed and decided on case-by-case basis. Open parking is available at the rear of property for a monthly fee.

Security Gates: If/when entrance and exit gates are installed, gates will close at 6pm in the winter and 7pm in the summer. Gates will reopen at 6am. Once closed, a gate code is required to enter.

Responsibilities of Guests

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 6am. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep all noise, music, or loud talking to a minimum at all times.

Speed Limit: Our limestone drives create noise and dust; please obey the 5 MPH speed limit at all times.

Pets: We are pet friendly, but insurance policies require certain restrictions. Only domestic, inside dwelling pets are allowed. No pets allowed unattended, on chains, runners, pens, fencing or pet carriers outside. Pets must always be attended by the owner and on a leash. Pet can be off leash within pet runner if constantly attended by owner. No excessive barking or aggressive behavior will be allowed. There is a $50 fine for not picking up after your pet, bring a bag with you! Visitors to your Pad Site are not allowed to bring domestic animals (dogs).

Fire – Grills and Pits: Grills are permitted at all Pad Sites. Management will alert The Park when there is a fire-ban in Madison County. No bonfires are permitted. Fire pits are allowed if approved by Management.

No Smoking Areas: No Smoking is allowed in the cabins, bathhouses, laundry, playground, or any indoor facilities or outdoor public gathering spaces. Smoking is deemed to include cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and other rolled substances. 

Fireworks and Weapons: No fireworks or weapons are allowed to be lit or shot in The Park. Prohibited weapons include: fireworks, firecrackers, explosives, noisemakers of any kind, slingshots, bows & arrows, pellet guns, BB guns, toy guns or anything that could be mistaken as a weapon.

Health and Safety: All guests should dial 911 in the event of a health or safety emergency. The Park address is: 109 MovieTown Drive, Canton, MS 39046. Your Pad Site number will identify the specific location of the emergency. All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed within the Park.

Common Area Amenities

Laundry: LMTRV will not be responsible for damage caused by washers or dryers. If equipment does not work properly, please notify the Management immediately.

Clubhouse/Swimming Pool/Lounging Areas/Vending/Grilling: These amenities are for the enjoyment of all occupants of the Park and each person is responsible for cleaning up after his/her use. Special events must be arranged through the Park Manager and an event formed filled out.

Dumpster Enclosure: The enclosure has been designed to block the unsightliness of garbage and the view of the dumpsters. Please make sure that all garbage falls into the dumpster and not around it. The dumping of mattresses or furniture is prohibited. Please abide by dumpster rules or $100 fine will be imposed.

Vending Machines: Machines are there for your convenience. If machine does not work properly, please notify Management immediately.
